The Afgan macaroni and cheese was delicious. It isn't what you would expect for a macaroni and cheese dish. The dish had a nice little bite to it. I don't know if it was cilantro or garlic, but it was one of the best catered meals I have had in a long time. I can't imagine how tasty the other meals would taste.
