Bonjon believes that the American palette is ready for this rich and delicious cuisine and that Wasima Kaderi is the perfect ambassador for the job. Born in Afghanistan, the eldest of five girls, and now a mother of three herself, Wasima has spent much of her life in Southern California cooking and perfecting the dishes that her mother has passed down to her.
As your personal chef, Wasima will combine the freshest of ingredients to create a variety of flavorful dishes cooked to order, from scratch, in your own kitchen. Fresh and dry herbs and spices give Afghan cuisine its complex and rich flavors. Dishes range from aromatic baked rice to delicate vegetables and tender meats cooked in savory sauces to fresh salads.
